INTRODUCTION

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Raaga Rhythms Music Academy lessons, workshops, programs, and any additional products and/or services offered by Raaga Rhythms Music Academy in the future for any student (collectively “Raaga Rhythms Music Academy Activities”)

For participation of a student in a Raaga Rhythms Music Academy Activity all Parents are required to consent to these Terms & Conditions by signature or by ticking the acceptance box for these Terms & Conditions when submitting an electronic application form online. We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

“Term” refers to one normal academic term of Raaga Rhythms Music Academy during which weekly lessons are conducted.

“Term Dates” refers to the dates for the relevant Term.

1. ADMISSION OF A NEW STUDENT

• · To apply for a slot for a new student in a program at Raaga Rhythms Music Academy, the Parent/Guardian must agree to these Terms & Conditions and submit an application enrolment form online. 
• · All lessons monthly fee must be paid for in advance.
• · A slot for a student is reserved only after the registration and payment are confirmed.

2. FEE PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS 

• · Registration fees of ₹500 + tax will be collected at the time of student enrolment.
• · For the safety reason, a security deposit of ₹2500 + tax should paid at the admission. This will be refund at the time of exit with the proper e-mail request in prior on month complete.
• · Selected course fee will be paid monthly in advance. 
• · Repeated late payment will result in cancellation of student admission enrolment.
• · We do not provide refunds of monthly fees paid.
• · For lessons cancelled by the Academy for any reason, the fee is covered by a lesson taken to compensate which can be in the form of a concert rehearsal, workshop or a session from an alternate teacher.
• · Students must commit to attending the lessons they have purchased or forfeit the remaining fees should they choose to discontinue lessons mid-month.

3. ATTENDANCE AND NON-ATTENDANCE
 

• · In case a student doesn’t attend one or more sessions during a workshop or an ongoing program no extra sessions or fee refund will be given.
• · Monthly 8 classes scheduled for a student & optionally can take one leave in a month.
• · Leaves or class skipping are not entertained & should address the concern teacher in prior if any emergencies with proper reason.
• · No summer vacations in Raaga Rhythms. Class regularity is must and attendance works in automation.
• · If the student fails to attend the regular class, the full month fees are still payable.
• · Raaga Rhythms Music Academy reserves the right to cancel any session if the student not practiced as intimated or not obeys during class sessions.
• · Students who are irregular with attendance or miss the classes consecutively without informing the teacher in advance will lose their regular slot. No compensation or rescheduling the slots.

4. TRIAL PERIOD

• · Raaga Rhythms Music Academy does not offer a trial period.
• · For some workshops there may be a demo-session offered on a first-come-first-served basis.

 5. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

• · The personal data of a student and/or Parent submitted using the application form will be processed by Raaga Rhythms Music Academy for the purposes of administration and research, in relation to the provision of teaching services in music.
• · Raaga Rhythms Music Academy will not disclose any personal data of Raaga Rhythms Music Academy to any of our students / Parents except the authorised staffs.
• · Raaga Rhythms Music Academy will share this information with external agencies (for example organisations with responsibility for children’s safeguarding) only when required or permitted to do so by law.
• · Raaga Rhythms Music Academy will not disclose personal data to third parties for marketing purposes although Raaga Rhythms Music Academy may use personal data for their own marketing and business development purposes, including for the purposes of advertising and promoting new products and/or services by Raaga Rhythms Music Academy.
• · Parents who do not wish to receive marketing communications from Raaga Rhythms Music Academy should inform Raaga Rhythms Music Academy in writing.
• · Raaga Rhythms Music Academy will from time to time take photographs and film footage of Children during Programs/Workshops and performances for use in Raaga Rhythms Music Academy marketing and publicity material. Permissions are sought upon registration to Raaga Rhythms Music Academy activities.
• · Raaga Rhythms Music Academy owns all the rights, title and interest in and to its websites, including software, text and media and its trade marks, logos and brand elements. Nothing within these Terms & Conditions affects or licences the ownership of these rights. Any intellectual property created during any Workshop/Program which is owned by Raaga Rhythms Music Academy.

6. HEALTH AND INJURIES

• · Children participate at their own risk and are obliged to inform Raaga Rhythms Music Academy and its staff of any existing injuries or medical condition. All application forms must have any known medical conditions stated and any changes to such information must be notified to Raaga Rhythms Music Academy immediately in writing.
• · If you are unsure whether a Child should participate in any activity please consult the child’s GP before enrolling the Child on a Raaga Rhythms Music Academy Activity.
• · Children must wear suitable footwear and clothing at all times.
• · If a Child is unwell or has an accident requiring emergency treatment, the Parent will be contacted via the emergency contact details provided below or on the enrolment form. This number must always be contactable whilst the child is attending the Raaga Rhythms Music Academy Activity.
• · Parents are solely responsible for ensuring that the emergency contact details on Raaga Rhythms Music Academy's records are up to date.
• · Students are feeling unwell (have a cold/fever etc.) must opt to attend their lesson online.

7. PERSONAL PROPERTY

• · Students are obliged to take care of their own belongings. Raaga Rhythms Music Academy can accept no liability for lost or damaged belongings.
• · You acknowledge that the maximum aggregate liability of Raaga Rhythms Music Academy to a Student or Parent under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the Raaga Rhythms Music Academy Activity fee to which a claim relates.
• · The liability of Raaga Rhythms Music Academy and that of its staff is restricted to class time only and then only to gross negligence.

12. ONLINE SESSION SUPERVISION

• · Parents agree to allow their children to attend Raaga Rhythms Music Academy Activities online only under their supervision. 
• · Students should maintain the schedule session timing strictly & properly.

13. SYSTEM PROCEDURES 

• · Raaga Rhythms Music Academy will send an automation e-mail to the registered e-mail id with the enrolment ID & Password with the payment acknowledgement after successful student registration.
• · Offline & Online students are mandatory to fill the student profile in student dashboard & sending OTP to admin without fail on every scheduled sessions.
• · Attendance works completely on system automation according to the student slot schedules.
• · Monthly 8 classes offered & scheduled as weekly twice. 
• · In a month, one leave can avail by the student and the system will auto approve. Second leave will denied automatically & attendance will fall Autobot present on the same month.
• · Leave shall be applied as per the policy intimated. 
• · Holiday List will be declared on Every New year.
• · Class compensation or rescheduling the session are strictly restricted.
• · Absent attendance & Holidays are not countable on Scheduled sessions. The present & Autobot present is considered on 8 classes in the session scheduled months.
• · Payment reminder will appear on every month on the 8^th class completion. After the payment successful, it allows to continue the class for upcoming schedules. 
• · In case fails to make the payment on time, upcoming schedule attendance falls Autobot present.
• · If the payment is not made for continuous 2 or more months, it should be clear scheduled month wise till the fee reminder disappear on student dashboard.
• · For all the payments, acknowledgement will be sent to the registered e-mail if the payment is successfully updated in Raaga Rhythms server.
• · Proper e-mail request should be addressed to admin@raagarhythms.com on discontinue our Music Academy to clear the student security deposit within the discontinuation month period.
• · In case students wants to re-join our Raaga Rhythms Music Academy after discontinuation, Re-join request mail should be addressed to our admin@raagarhythms.com 
• · Re-join additional fee is applicable to continue and the 50% of re-joining fee will be refunded at the time of final course completion. 

14. GENERAL

• · Raaga Rhythms Music Academy reserves the right to offer admission to students meeting the conditions stated above.
• · Raaga Rhythms Music Academy reserves the right to make changes to the timetable and to the teaching staff from the advertised programme in the event of illness or other circumstances beyond our control.
• · Each student is offered 44 lessons or more in a year, for which the fees is collected on a monthly or bi-monthly basis.
• · For lessons cancelled by the Academy for any reason, the fee is covered by a lesson taken to compensate which can be in the form of a concert rehearsal, workshop or a session from an alternate teacher.
• · In the event that a student is unable to attend a Raaga Rhythms Music Academy lesson / session, due to sickness, holiday or a decision by the parent or student not to attend, Raaga Rhythms Music Academy regrets that it is unable to refund any payment.
• · All Students must be collected on time after a session. Raaga Rhythms Music Academy is unable to supervise children after a session.
• · Fee structure is common for all age groups in respective level wise but it may differ for India and other country students. 
• · Raaga Rhythms Music Academy fees are reviewed annually and may be increased in the financial year end according to the market conditions.
• · These Terms & Conditions, together with any registration form complete, constitute the entire agreement between the parties which supersedes and extinguishes all previous agreements, promises, assurances, warranties, representations and understandings between them, whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter.
• · In the event that one or more of the provisions of the Agreement are found to be unlawful or otherwise unenforceable, those provisions shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Agreement.
• · These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Government of India.
